    1ST OCT – 31ST MAR Tours are held 3 times a week on Mon, Wed, Fri from 9am – 1pm

    1st APR – 30th Sep Tours are held once a week on Sat from 9am – 1pm Max 10 people per group.
    Additional days will be added during periods of high demand.

    If you want to exchange the tarmac for a more rugged trail, swooping downhill and winding tracks then the Western Cape has more than enough mountain bike trails for you. Or why not go for a ride on a quad bike? There are quad bike trails set in forests, mountains, orchards and next to rivers; spot bird life and take in sweeping views. Another option would be to go for a stunning trip where you can wind your way over no less than four beautiful mountain passes with spectacular views over valleys and orchards.

    Whale Coast Route and other routes

    To encounter the famous Whales take the Whale Coast Route for a stunning hour and a half drive via Gordon’s Bay, Pringle and Betty’s Bay to Hermanus. In Hermanus you can climb onto a boat and go for whale watching and if lucky dolphins, while after that you can enjoy an ice cold beer on one of the many terraces overlooking the sky blue sea.

    On your way back you can take the route through Overberg region with Grabouw, Elgin, Hemel and Aarde Valley and once you go over the St Lowry’s Pass you will have a stunning view over Strand and Somerset West area and you are only 30 minutes away from WedgeView.

    Also Kalk Bay (culture and galleries), Simonstown (penguins), Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope are very famous tourist attractions and are all within 1 – 1 hour and 15 minutes’ drive. On this trip you will drive on one of the most beautiful routes in the Cape.
